Paying extra for delivery drives us mad. We don't want to drive you mad, so the price you pay is the price you see - everything has free delivery.
Returns
We love what we make, and we hope you do too. But just in case...
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the goods are received in original condition.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. If the goods are damaged during the return, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value, so we recommend insuring the item to the appropriate value.

Custom orders can only be returned if they are faulty, in which case the item(s) will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the buyer.

If goods are damaged when received, contact greg@gothwood.co.uk before returning, within 7 days of delivery. Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.
Natural variation
Every item crafted from wood is as unique as the tree it is made from; every item crafted from reclaimed wood has whispers of its previous life. Sometimes they are hidden; sometimes they are obvious, and they enhance the piece by aluding to a previous life. This means that every piece we make has slight differences - if you would like pictures of some that we have in stock so that you can choose, please get in touch and we will be happy to send you some photos.

In the unlikely event that you're not happy with your purchase because of this natural variation, please follow the returns process above.
