Free delivery
Paying extra for delivery drives us mad. We don't want to drive our customers mad, so the price you pay is the price you see - everything has free delivery.
Returns
We love what we make, and we hope you do too. But just in case...
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the goods are received in original condition.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. If the goods are damaged during the return, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value, so we recommend insuring the item to the appropriate value.

Custom orders can only be returned if they are faulty, in which case the item(s) will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the buyer.

If goods are damaged when received, contact greg@gothwood.co.uk before returning, within 7 days of delivery. Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.
Natural variation
Wood is a natural material, and therefore there are variations in appearance of each product, even when they come from the same tree. This is part of the beauty of wooden crafts; every single one is truly unique!
